Justin has over 20 years' experience in financial services, consulting, energy and infrastructure with a track record of driving strategic partnerships, wealth management, and investment opportunities across the globe.

 

As Head of Client Management at SIGNET, Switzerland, Justin was managing advisory and wealth initiatives for high net-worth individuals, including influential sovereign families and institutions across various regions.

 

He was also a founder of IAM, a boutique management consultancy firm for emerging markets-focused energy, logistics and infrastructure.  As a co-founder of Inova Capital AG, a multi-family office, Justin played a pivotal role in structuring strategic partnerships and implementing investment policies for Gulf-based institutions.

 

Earlier in this career, Justin was a Senior Managing Director at Cassia Group FZ LLE in Dubai, where he founded a PE investment firm with a diverse portfolio.  He also co-founded Novaar Capital Management SPC where he aligned principal and strategic partner investments and secured joint ventures with leading European family offices.
