Simon has over 25 years of investment, financial services, and operating experience, which includes 15+ years of equity and debt investment experience. His experience spans roles as an entrepreneur, investor, corporate finance professional and lawyer in highly regulated contexts across energy, real estate, financial and technology sectors.
 
Since 2010, he has held FCA approved senior management roles and applies his leadership skills to define strategic vision and to develop collaborative relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, financial institutions, corporate groups, and governmental / regulatory bodies around the globe.
 
Simon has significant experience with a number of single and multi-family offices across the GCC, Europe and Africa. He also has strong transactional experience in cross-border transactions, IPOs, principal investing, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, M&A, re-organizations, and general commercial/corporate matters.
 
In addition, Simon has extensive entrepreneurial experience in start-ups and growth ventures across multiple industries both as an operator and also finance professional. He was previously a venture partner at global venture capital investment firm.
 
Simon holds a LL.B with honours from University of Bristol and was called to the Bar, England and Wales.
