Lowndes Partners Group LLP, on behalf of its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “Lowndes Partners”), is responsible for this website, which is governed by the laws of the England and Wales. The courts of the England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of it. Lowndes Partners may carry out due diligence checks on potential and existing counter-parties. These checks may involve Lowndes Partners collecting personal information via publicly available databases and other on/off-line sources.
